Please note: The above address is not a visiting or return address. Packages sent to this address for any reason will not be processed. You are responsible for returning the package according to the instructions of our customer service. If a package is lost, the return cannot be processed.
2. Terms of delivery
We ship products directly from our suppliers to our customers. ToneTight is not responsible for any customs fees, handling fees or processing fees.
Handling delays : In case of a delay in delivery, we will inform the customer. If the delay is due to the performance of the supplier, ToneTight may offer a discount in exceptional cases.
3. Payment Methods
ToneTight offers the following payment methods:

Other common payment methods within Europe
Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
4. Returns and Refunds
Right of return : You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt. This applies to unused and undamaged products in the original packaging.
Refunds : Upon receipt of the returned product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days, unless otherwise communicated to you in advance. Any costs for return shipping are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
ToneTight is responsible for the products sold and delivered to the customer via our platform. We ensure that all products comply with European product safety regulations. However, in the event of damage or defects as a result of the product, ToneTight is not liable for:
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the supplier.
Products that do not meet expectations, unless expressly stated otherwise on our website.
Any damage or loss during transport, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note : The customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund in case of defects within the legal warranty period of two years, according to European regulations.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
ToneTight values the privacy of our customers and handles your personal data with care in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
Collected data : Name, address, telephone number, email and payment information.
Purpose : This data is used exclusively for processing orders and improving our service.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, we will make every effort to resolve them in consultation in the first instance. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
