Dispatch
Delivery time : We have a processing time of 2-4 days to ship your order. We have a delivery time of maximum 15 working days including processing time. In exceptional cases the delivery time can be up to 20 days including processing time. You can view the progress of your order in your customer portal .
Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are listed during the checkout process and may vary depending on location and product type.
Delivery : Your order will be shipped directly from our suppliers to the address you provided. We work closely with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Returns
We understand that sometimes you want to return a product. Below you will find our return policy:
Return period : You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Return costs : The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund : Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days .
Please note: Packages returned on your own initiative will not be processed. You are responsible for returning according to the instructions of our customer service. If a package is lost, because it was sent to the wrong address, the return cannot be processed.
How to request a return?
1. Contact our customer service via support@tonetight.nl and indicate which product you wish to return.
2. You will receive further instructions from us for returning the product.
3. Carefully pack the product and send it to the specified return address.
Comments :
Products that are custom made, offers and temporary promotions are excluded from the right of return. For hygienic reasons, used products cannot be returned. Make sure you keep proof of postage until we have processed your return.
